Chris Brothers famous meats - A "Taste of Nova Scotia" Favourite. The pepperoni and beef jerky are still smoked naturally using the old-world recipes, just as Chris did more than 35 years ago. Adapting state-of-the-art smokehouses allows for traditional smoking using natural hardwood. In this new environment, with taste as the ultimate goal and food safety a top priority, only a pure smoke penetrates our products without the chance of contamination or taste of creosote, soot or ash. Gluten free.
