Everyone growing up in Atlantic Canada remembers the sweet taste of salt water taffy.  This soft, yet chewy textured candy is achieved by stretching and pulling the cooked sugar mixture to incorporate air and break up the sugar crystals. Despite the name, it doesn't contain any saltwater, but it does contain salt to balance the sweetness.

Individually wrapped in  nautical themed waxed paper!  Makes a sweet gift or party favour.  

Five assorted flavours and colours:  Purple (Mixed Berry), Green (Apple), Red (Strawberry), Orange and Yellow (Lemon).

Our Favourite Salt Water Taffy

We discovered this salt water taffy while we were out east for a dance competition and instantly fell in love with it. We had picked up one of the small tourist bags from a local gift shop, and it was hands down the best salt water taffy we’ve ever had.

When we got home, we searched online hoping we could find more and came across East Coast Catalog. We ordered two 1 kg bags, and they arrived within just a few days. The ordering process was easy, the shipping was fast, and the taffy was just as fresh and delicious as we remembered.
